Groundshaker Security, before being considered for training those intended to be employed with us are thoroughly vetted, to ensure professionalism. Candidates must produce a valid certificate of good conduct from CID, National Identifications Cards supported by a document from their local chief, together with character, schools and employment references. They then must be cleared by staff check.
Our guards’ integrity and characters are properly and carefully screened to ensure that we employ the best.
Special emphasis is put on smartness, discipline, honesty and our standards are not less than the standard required by the Protective Security Industry Association and other international Security Organizations.
